Meet the Team

Khan Joahn

Khan hails from the Kimberleys as a Nyikina man. Although a significant part of his adolescent life was spent on Yawuru Country in Broome, he carries his cultural roots with pride. Khan graduated from Broome Senior High School in 2016 as Dux of his class, and soon after, he pursued a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and Management at Curtin University. Khan’s commitment to uplifting the Kimberley communities is evident. He envisions upskilling the local mob and improving the livelihoods of remote communities, all while being a beacon of inspiration for the younger generation.With a strong educational background and an unwavering commitment to his community, Khan is the embodiment of NOA Tech’s vision.

Michael Tullock

Michael stands as a senior Tjiwarl law man from the Wati community. Entrusted by his family, Michael is dedicated to caring for the Country and upholding the rights and interests of native title holders. His life’s work revolves around preserving and celebrating their cultural heritage. Drawing inspiration from the community’s indigenous leaders, both past and present, Michael aspires to contribute to the remarkable legacy of Ancient Australians. His roles include Chairperson for Tarlka Matuwa Piarku Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC, Member Director with the Tjiwarl Aboriginal Corporation, and Chairman of The Keeping Place. With a myriad of roles aimed at preserving our traditions, Michael brings unparalleled depth and wisdom to our team.
